Join Our Stable

Whether you ride horses or not, everyone can enjoy the benefits of membership at Lake Oswego Hunt. LOH friends are friends for a lifetime. From trail riding to chili cook-offs to playing cards and friendly competitions, there is always something to do at the barn and in our clubroom.

There are many advantages to becoming a member at LOH. To start, LOH members receive significant financial discounts on board, shows and clinics. They also have unlimited access to our facilities and can use our fantastic Horse & Hound Club Room for most events at no charge.

Cost savings isn't the only benefit of becoming a member at LOH. Members are an integral part of the management of LOH. Members vote on important policies, serve on governing committees, and elect and serve on our Board of Directors.

Members also enjoy our close-knit community and are always invited to all LOH events including club brunches and special gatherings like our Kentucky Derby Party, Halloween Spooktacular, Holiday Party and movie nights.

Please contact us for more information on becoming a LOH member.

What our members are saying...

"LOH has been my retreat for 20+ years. Through good times and bad, it has always been my safe place. There are horses at the barn that know more about me than any human as I have shared many life stories with them." -- Linda H.

"I believe that Lake Oswego Hunt is both an important piece of local history as well as a living, thriving part of the Lake Oswego community. Our lovely, forested setting, our historic buildings, and the ecologically important green space that we care for inside the City of Lake Oswego itself is a very special, integral part of the community.
Equestrian sport is a thriving relevant part of modern life, not an anachronism, and something that we share with horse owners and enthusiasts worldwide. LOH provides a convenient and amenity filled venue for the local horse owner.
I believe the human-horse working partnership, now some 5,000 years old, is an integral part of what makes us human, and what has made us successful civilization-builders, as a species. No single domestic animal has had a greater impact on humankind than the horse."-- Jon H.
